This is a 1966 Pontiac Tempest, these pictures show the vehicle being converted from four wheel drum brakes to four wheel disc brakes.
It's complete with dual circuit master cylinder, proportioning valve, booster and this one in particular has had all the brake lines replaced with stainless steel lines.
